Overview

This private tour is done by a licensed guide. This tour blends the historic with the modern by bringing you to the heart of Asakusa. The tour begins at the main gate of Tokyo's oldest temple, Sensouji, built in 645AD. Leading to the temple is Nakamise-dori, where there are plenty of shops that are perfect for souvenir shopping. After our stroll through Sensouji, we will stop by a local restaurant for lunch (included.) There is a choice of sushi, soba, or fried pork. We cater to vegetarians and gluten-free customers. Our tour ends with some delicious wagashi (Japanese sweets) alongside a cup of matcha tea in our very own traditional tearoom! The tour typically lasts around four hours, including time for transport.
