What you can expect

Customers can expect an immersive culinary experience overlooking the ocean that not only teaches them how to cook Bahamian dishes but also provides insights into the culture and traditions of the Bahamas. The class will involve hands-on cooking experiences where participants will learn how to prepare traditional Bahamian dishes under the guidance of an experienced chef.
This authentic “Bahamian spread”, will include daily fresh ingredients purchased at the local markets, and a bit of local rum to kick start Bahama island’s flare.
