Here’s a review draft based on your explanation: I recently booked an experience through Expedia that was advertised as including both a helicopter ride and a sailing boat ride. However, upon arrival, I was only provided the helicopter ride. When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, I explained that the booking explicitly mentioned both activities, and I even shared screenshots showing that the sailing boat ride was included. Unfortunately, I was told that the boat ride was not part of the package and that I would need to pay extra to add it, despite clear evidence from the booking details. I found this extremely frustrating and disappointing, as I expected Expedia to honor what was advertised in their app. This experience has made me question the reliability of their listings and customer support. I hope Expedia takes this feedback seriously to prevent similar issues for other customers in the future. Let me know if you’d like me to refine it further!
