From a tropical mountainside to vibrant reefs along the Waikiki coast, this adventure has it all. Start with a leisurely waterfall hike in the Koolau rainforest and ride a bicycle down a 5-mile stretch of the Koolau mountain range before an ocean adventure takes you sailing and snorkelling in the Pacific waters.

A 14-passenger adventure van takes you to a rainforest in the Koolau mountains where your guide takes you on a 2-mile (3.2-km) return hike along a tropical rainforest trail. Follow a freshwater stream to a 45-foot (61-m) waterfall, and admire the tropical plants, flowers, and trees along the way.

Next, head up to the top of Pu'u 'Ohia for a bicycle ride down the mountain. Halfway up the drive, discover picturesque views high above Diamond Head Crater, Waikiki, the Pacific Ocean, and Honolulu's busy city life.

After a safety briefing and test ride, begin your guided 5-mile downhill bike ride and cruise through some hairpin turns to reach the bottom, where the van is waiting to drop you off at Kewalo Basin for your next adventure. Board the Kahala Kai, a 38-foot (11-m) catamaran, for a scenic cruise along the coastline. Pass vibrant reefs in the cobalt-blue ocean and look out to admire the towering ridge of Diamond Head.

At one of the reefs, jump in the water to explore the marine life up close. Don't be surprised if you encounter a Hawaiian green sea turtle, and be on the lookout for the Pacific humpback whale if the season is right. On the return trip, relax under the sun on the catamaran's expansive deck. Return transport to Waikiki is available by taxi or a 2-mile walk.
