With your own personal cooking station, you’ll create six delicious dishes, choosing one from each category—curry, soup, stir-fry, noodles, and dessert. Learn the art of pounding curry paste from scratch using a mortar and pestle, with the freedom to adjust the spice level to suit your taste. The class also includes an exclusive tasting of refreshing papaya salad, prepared the traditional Thai way. As the cooking wraps up, enjoy your freshly made meal on the terrace overlooking a serene fishpond with breathtaking views of the farm and surrounding mountains.
