What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- Both routes depart from Dubai Mall Bus Station (although you can start the tour at any stop) - first tour departure is 9am and last tour departure is 5pm on both routes. Duration - Red Route: 80 minutes, Blue Route: 130 minutes. Frequency - every 30 minutes for both routes
- Sunset & Night Tour Departs at 6pm from Dubai Mall. Please note this is not a hop-on hop-off route and last 2 hours approx.
- Audio tour commentary languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, Arabic.
- Cruise connector route only operates on cruise arrival days and will drop off/pick-up at Dubai Mall. Operational times vary depending on cruise ship dis-embarkation times, check locally for latest information.
- Mobile and paper vouchers are accepted for this tour and are redeemable at any stop along the route. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the travel date selected at check-out
- Al Seef Dhow Cruise runs daily and hourly from 10am - 3pm. Location: Al Seef Heritage Area (Dhow Cruise) - Stop 4 Red Route
- Lost Chambers Aquarium (included in the 2 and 3-day tickets): Open daily from 10am - 9pm. Location: Atlantis The Palm - Stop 3 Blue Route
- The Al Seef Dhow Cruise and Lost Chambers Aquarium must be used within 1 week from the date you redeem your voucher at the Dubai Mall
- Please note, Atlantis's child policy is from 3 years old. 3 and 4 year olds will need a separate ticket to access Lost Chambers Aquarium
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
