XCARET Park opens from 8:30 am to 22:00 pm. * For all ages Spend a day celebrating the natural beauty and rich culture of Mexico at Xcaret Park. Located in the heart of the Riviera Maya, this nature-based park features more than 50 attractions and activities surrounded by lush jungle, underground rivers, and the beautiful Caribbean Sea. Lunch included.
XOXIMILCO: Relish at a floating party on a Trajinera boat by the picturesque canals at Xoximilco Park. Enjoy a beer and tequila open bar, live Mariachi music, customs, and lots of fun on this joyful evening out amid the breathtaking landscape of the Maya jungle. Open Tuesday to Saturday from 7:15 p.m. to 12:00 a.m. Food and Drinks included. * Minimum age recommended: 5 years.

Know before you book
- As a preventive measure, before boarding the bus or accessing a park, the temperature will be scanned through a digital remote device on every visitor or staff member.
- In the event of having symptoms such as cough, sore throat, runny nose, and/or red eyes and a temperature exceeding 100.4 F (38 C), our staff reserves the right to refuse to board our transport or to enter our facilities.
- Each trajinera holds up to 20 people.
- Complete your booking by selecting the date for your first activity. You can indicate which activity you wish to take first when you call to confirm your reservation.
- The 2 activities do not have to take place on consecutive days. You can choose a date for your second activity when you call to confirm your reservation.
- Hotel pickup is available from most Cancun and Riviera Maya hotels. Please arrange pickup from your hotel or a nearby location when you call to confirm your reservation.
- The Xcaret excursion departs around 8 AM from Cancun and 9 AM from the Riviera Maya. Departures for the Tour Xoximilco take place at approximately 6:30 PM. You will receive confirmation of your exact pick-up times when you confirm your reservation.
- Children 4 and younger are not allowed at Tour Xoximilco. Children 5–11 years old must show identification to verify their age.
- You must be taller than 4 feet 6 inches (140 cm).
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
