I could learn to cook one of the most famous dishes in the world with Tiziana your teacher in Genoa. She welcomes you in her house of the '700 a stone's throw from the Palazzi dei Rolli heritage of humanity. Come and learn about the tradition of Genoese cuisine with Tiziana. We will knead the focaccia together and you can taste the focaccia with cheese made by you in two versions, white and red.
