Learning to cook in a local home means a more authentic experience . This is not a formal cooking class, but one that feels like you're cooking with friends. You will learn to cook simple, authentic Greek recipes in your 1.5 hour class. A few dishes that are from the islands will be cooked by Christo, a few by Fotini and a few dishes will be cooked in advance. Your class will be a mix of a demonstration and a hands-on experience.
