Know before you book

  • Children 15 and younger are complimentary.
  • The Christiania Line (Orange Route) operates from May 1 through September 30. Until May 1st, you will only have access to the Mermaid Line (Red Route).
  • If there is a cruise ship in town, a complimentary shuttle service operates between 11am and 5pm, which shuttles every 30 minutes between Oceankaj and Stop 12 (the Little Mermaid statue)
  • Hours of operation for the canal boat cruise are 10 am – 5 pm with boats departing every 30 minutes.
  • Operating schedule: 9:15am - 4:45pm. Frequency of departures: every 45 minutes Last departure for full tour from stop 1 is at 3:15pm
  • In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.

What you can expect

Jump off the bus at Amalienborg Palace to watch the Changing of the Guards, snap photos of the windmill near the Swedish Church, and grab a pastry and a coffee at Torvehallerne market before checking out the Crown Jewels at Rosenborg Castle. Included in your ticket is an extra bus tour to the area of Christianshavn, filled with cafes, canals and Freetown Christiania. This extra line operates from May-September.

If you'd like, upgrade your ticket by adding on a canal and harbour cruise to see the city sights from the water. Kick your feet up and relax in our excellent sightseeing boat. We’ll take you on a trip though the many harbours and canals and show you a different side of Copenhagen. During this 60-minute tour, you’ll pass the colourful Nyhavn, the hip and happening Christianshavn and even the world-famous statue of the Little Mermaid.
