Puerto Plata with its charms invites you to experience the 27 waterfalls of Damajagua (27 Charcos), and zipline discovered just a few years ago and submerged in the beautiful hills of the northern mountain range, this natural monument is part of the system of protected areas of the Dominican Republic.

27 Waterfalls is hidden up in a tropical canyon is a string of waterfalls that you can hike to and slide down, swim under, and jump off on your way back down. You'll head up with a tour guide who will help make sure you're jumping off of safe spots, might explain some of the history of these gorgeous falls, some of which have ancient legends stemming back from the Taino Indians who first discovered this gem, and from my experience will just make the adventure even more fun.

If adventure excites you, bring your family to our incredible tour of 5 zip lines + 7 waterfalls. A 30-minute hike through the Rainforest takes us to the first zip line, where the real fun begins. Enjoy the adrenaline rush of 5 zip lines over waterfalls, tropical jungle, and spectacular views, plus 2 rope bridges to descend to the seventh waterfall. Here, we start cascading down as you slide, jump, and swim through amazing waterfalls, natural river pools, and spectacular canyons. On the way back to the base camp, we will enjoy a delicious Dominican lunch (vegetarian-friendly), water, and then head back to the transport to take you to the port or your destination. Suitable for children 8 years and older. For cruise passengers, the meeting time is 45 minutes after your cruise docks. Join us to explore, experience, and enjoy one of our best shore excursions in the cruise ports of Amber Cove, Taino Bay, and hotels.
