Our 5 days Tanzania mid range safari is by far our most unique safari - giving you the best chance of spotting Africa's most iconic animals. In your pursuit of lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and cape buffalo you'll travel through the best national parks in the northern circuit.

Each park offers something unique in wildlife viewing, as well as intimate safari camps and lodges where you can relax each evening. This 5 days safari takes you through Tanzania’s ultimate wildlife areas – Manyara NP, Tarangire national park, Ngorongoro Crater and the endless plains of the Serengeti.

Day 1 - Lake Manyara
We will pick you up in the morning from your hotel in Arusha, Moshi or upon your arrival at Kilimanjaro/Arusha airports.

After breakfast, our 5 Day Tanzania Mid-Range Safari will start at Lake Manyara National Park. The captivating park is situated at the foot of the Great Rift Valley escarpment. The park has an extensive amount of species due to the various distinctive habitats. We then will proceed for a market visit in Mto wa Mbu, where stalls brim with vibrant local produce. Then, see the village from a different perspective as you can opt to ride Like a Local on a tuk-tuk, viewing the local community and rice fields as you go to your accommodation, where you will be able to relax and enjoy dinner.

Day 2 - Serengeti National Park

Early morning after breakfast we depart to Serengeti National Park. The route we travel happens to pass the crater rim – there is a small prospect of spotting some game. The Serengeti is currently categorised as one of the seven natural wonders of Africa. We will stop for an enticing picnic lunch on a kopje (rock outcropping) or have lunch on arrival at the lodge. After lunch, your game drive will venture further into the Serengeti to complete the tour for the day. After the game drive, we will return back to the tented camp.

Day 4 - Ngorongoro crater
Today you will wake up very early to do an early morning game and after breakfast, You will then travel to Ngorongoro Crater, inhabited by almost every species of wildlife indigenous to East Africa including the rare black rhino. In fact, the crater has the greatest concentration of wildlife on the planet.
After a full day, you will return to a lodge in Karatu town.

Day 5 - Tarangire National Park > Arusha
After breakfast, you will make the short drive to Tarangire National Park. Tarangire is well known for its large elephant herds. After lunch in the park, we will drive back to Arusha or Kilimanjaro airport for your flight
