for 30-40 minutes we will visit the Dar es salaam international fish market, experience different types of fish and the appreciate the entire fishing process from the sea to the main market and the entire processing to transport to nearby landlocked countries.

Established in 1934, this museum's exhibits are focused on the history of Tanzania & its people, Here we would have a 1 hour tour within the museum with a local professional guide giving the rich history of Tanzania

3: St. Joseph's Cathedral of Archdiocese of Dar es Salaam
We would later visit the famous St Joseph's Cathedral for a 10Minute walk around the cathedral. One of the most iconic Dar-es salaam buildings, the St. Joseph cathedral is not just a chapel, built by the Germans between 1897 and 1902, the gothic cathedral now harbours the Dar-es salaam Catholic archdiocese after its consecration in .

4:Azania Front Lutheran Church
Constructed in gothic style by German missionaries between 1899 and 1902,
Azania Front Lutheran Cathedral stands magnificently along the Kivukoni Front road, close to water front of the Indian Ocean and facing the harbour to add to the splendid view of the city centre of Dar-es Salaam. Here we would also spend 10 Minutes on a detailed walk around the infamous chapel.

5: The Askari Monument
The Askari Monument is a statue that is located at a roundabout in Dar-es Salaam connecting Samora Avenue with Maktaba Street. The position marks the focal point of city centre Dar, an area filled with history and charm. 6:The Kariakoo Market
Constructed by the architect B.J. Amuli, the Kariakoo market in Dar es Salaam was officially opened in December 1975 by Julius Nyerere, Tanzania’s founding father. it operates to date giving way to both local and international markets to various products and businesses. we would spend roughly 15Minutes shopping for linen and other African products on the market

7:Mwenge Woodcarvers Market (45Min)
Mwenge Woodcarvers Market hosts a giant cooperation of over 200 carvers who specialise in Makonde carvings. A Tanzanian tribe famous for their wood carving skills. Also sold are Tinga Tinga paintings, other local souvenirs and most Tanzanian Handicrafts.
The market is located on the outskirt of the town but accessible as it is situated along the main busy, Sam Nujoma Road.

8: Village Museum (1Hour)
After a Hot lunch we will visit The Makumbusho village, a museum that showcases authentically constructed houses and equipment from a few of the tribes of Tanzania (Tanzania has over 130 tribes) and is located at the outskirts of Dar es Salaam.

Our Driver /Guide will then return you to your hotel or residency.
