Know before you book

  • Children under 4 years not permitted. (Must be above 1 metre (3 feet, 3 inches) tall to fit into safety harness.)

  • If you have back, neck, joint or muscular problems you should carefully consider whether to participate
  • If you are pregnant you are not permitted. (Safety harness goes across your stomach and holds the entire weight of your body.)
