Learn a variety of skills from the chef, like how to make the pasta dough, how to make stuffed pasta (like ravioli, tortellini, agnolotti, cappelletti, and more), long pasta (like fettuccine, spaghetti, tagliolini). Discover other skills like how to make a pasta filling, and how to make sauces.

Experience pasta making accompanied by an excellent organic wine. Cook with only the freshest ingredients, local ingredients from small producers when available, to show you how to make famous pasta sauces. Create Roman specialities, sauces like Amatriciana and Carbonara.
