08.00 am: Begin your day with a pick-up from your hotel in Ella as you embark on a journey to Lipton's Seat. The drive will take approximately 1.5 hours, offering picturesque views along the way.
09.30: Arriving in Haputale, you'll have the opportunity to visit Lipton's Seat and the Dambethenna Tea Factory, both located within the beautiful Dambethenna Estate. Lipton's Seat is a renowned viewpoint that offers breathtaking panoramas of the surrounding tea plantations. Take a moment to capture the stunning scenery and the statue of Sir Thomas Lipton, the founder of the estate, who is depicted enjoying a cup of tea. Afterwards, explore the Dambethenna Tea Factory, Sri Lanka's largest tea factory, and learn about the tea-making process.
12.30 pm: You will be returning to Ella, where you'll spend the night, reminiscing about the remarkable sights and flavours of your Lipton's Seat and Dambethenna Tea Factory experience.
