What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- Itinerary order is subject to change depending on traffic, weather or any operational reasons.
- If any of the visiting places is closed, we will try to attend an alternative place.
- The lunch/restaurant may change due to operational reasons.
- We do not supply any extra drop off service.
- Sometimes cruise can be suspended due to high tide or techinical maintenance. In that case, we visit alternative place (Hamarikyu-Garden or Fukagawa museum) so we do not visit Odaiba. Refund will not be given for this case.
- Please let us know the number of infants (0-3) if you bring them along.
- When booking, please indicate the number of customers requesting vegetarian meals or gluten-free meals.
- Muslim-friendly meals, Allergy-friendly meals, lactose-free meals, etc. are not available. Please book the tour without lunch.
- Due to the weather, traffic conditions, or suspension of operation, we may have a possibility not to achieve all the activities. The tour will be attending to alternative place or giving out a gift as a compensation depending on a situation at that time. Refunds will not be given for these changes.
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
