What you can expect

Galway, is a quaint medieval city with a big heart, as you'll soon discover. Come with me, your local guide, as we visit all the key historical sights as we journey through 800 years of the city's history.

You take a city sightseeing where to explore Eyre Square and Galway's Latin Quarter which is steeped in history. You will visit the King's Head pub and discover the significance of its name. We will visit Saint Nicholas Church, the oldest functioning medieval church in Ireland.

The tour includes the Claddagh Ring Museum wherr you will discover the rich symbolism behind the wearing of the Claddagh Ring and visit the old Fishmarket Square and Spanish Arch and discover the rich history and traditions attached to the area.

By the end of our tour you will know the city centre like a local and expect plenty of stories too, some fun, some gruesome!
