Here you will spend an hour enjoying a drink in the fynbos overlooking the crayfish factory or Table Mountain.
Your pilot will set out a custom made gin bar for you to select various options of our partner Six Dogs Gin, wines or champagne.
Perhaps add some fynbos to add some flavour and colour . You can sit on our deck or take a small walk to the viewing sites that overlook Platberg and Scarborough or Stellenbosch and Table Mountain.
Once the hour is up you depart back by helicopter to the V&A heli pad.
