What you can expect

As you visit some of the most important historical places in Grenada, the Spice Isle, step into the past and get a feel for the island's colourful history on this beautiful sightseeing journey. As you spend the morning exploring where Grenada began, gain a new appreciation for the island.

After convenient pickup from your hotel, visit Fort George and learn about St. George's colourful military past from your guide. Perched 175 feet (53 m) above the harbour, this is the perfect place to enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of St. George's. Next, head to Fort Frederick to learn about the tumultuous history of changes in power in the Caribbean Islands.

Learn more of the island's history as you meander through the Grenada National Museum. Then drive past the Parliament House and take in the beautiful architecture of the 18th-century churches. Top off your adventure by visiting a rum distillery and sipping a few aged rum samples before returning to your hotel.
