Ladies and gentlemen – grill under the bell (”Peka”)! The only right one is domestic; and we know just where they make the best one… You will not find it on the menus of Dubrovnik. At least not the real, homemade one. Because real “peka” requires the right infrastructure, it requires knowledge and it takes time. There is no time for such a thing in the restless Dubrovnik.
