The Prosecco tasting includes a light lunch made of tasty plates of typical local salami and classic Italian focaccia. After tasting the Prosecco you will savour local and traditional cheeses “Formaggio di malga” (Malga means alpine summer pasture) as stravecchio, sottofieno, morlacco, smoked ricotta that a knowledgeable staff create through generations. You will also discover the amazing wine cheese (ubriaco - drunken) a wine-infused cheese that provides the best of the wine and cheese in one harmonious bite.
