After Klis fortress we drive to Gata villige to visit the place where "Poljička republic" was esteblish it last about 30 min. Arounde 12: 30 we come to Gata and a local guide will be waiting for us there, who will take us to the church where the Poljica museum is located, and when we arrive at the museum, he will tell the whole storey about the life and customs of the people who lived in that area, as well as the political arrangement, which is really special considering the period in which it occurred. In the museum, the guide will tell everything about the history of the Poljica Republic, the exhibition artefacts that are there, but also about the way of preparing a special dish * Soparnika - a dish that is unique in the world. Tour in museum will last arounde 1:30 min and afther that we going to see nature and houses in that small village of Gata owith a beautiful view of the Cetina river canyon with free time of 30 min. At 14:30 am we go to Tugare to Soparnik and wine tasting.

"SOPARNIK" TRADITIONAL FOOD "Soparnik is Croatian pizza" We come arounde 15:00 we come at local family restoran where they make this Soparnik dish. Traditionally, the soparnik is taken from the middle towards the edges. The guest of honour gets the first rhombus from the middle. It is served with a bucara of wine , which is placed in the middle of the steamer after cutting and taking 4 pieces. There is also the question of whether soparnik is a more modest version of the Bosnian vegetable pie. There is a basis for this theory because Poljica bordered the Ottoman Empire, and from 1540 to 1699 they were part of the Ottoman state. It is an indigenous Croatian product in the European register . It is on the UNESCO list of protected intangible heritage.
