Know before you book
- Let us know if you bring infants(0-3) who are free instead of being hold by their group people.
- If any place is closed, we will try to attend alternative place.
- Itinerary order is subject to change depending on traffic, weather, and operation.
- Check-in is 10 minutes prior to the booked tour start time.
- Please let us know your booking numbers and total number of people before the tour if you have several bookings or if you have booked separatly.
- Our lunch is buffet. Please note that most of the dishes contains gluten. Customer who has diet restriction for gluten, we do not recommend for booking the lunch.
- Please note that on the following dates, the lunch might be a set meal instead of the buffet: November 17th, 23rd, 24th, and 30th.
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
