  • Important holidays: Easter weekend April 06-09 and July 28-30 is Independence Day Celebration in Peru: The pick-up time will be 1 hour before the usual time, Sandboarding/dunebuggy (Huacachina) only 1 hour (all operators) and Ballestas Islands (Paracas) only1 hour and 30 minutes (all operators)
  • Warm weather all year round. Light-weight jumper/jacket for speedboat ride to Ballestas. Closed-toe footwear for Sandboarding.
  • Minimum age is 7 years
  • The bus will arrive back in Lima, at JW Marriott at around 11:30 pm
  • In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.

Miraflores

Meet the bus the JW Marriott, Mal. de la Reserva 615, Miraflores, passengers must be outside the hotel a few minutes before 5:30 am.
Islas Ballestas

Go on the 2-hour boat tour of the islands, from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm. The Ballestas are a smaller version of the Galapagos and are just as great. You’ll see sea lions, penguins, and lots of birds all in their natural habitat. If you’re lucky, you may even see a dolphin or three!
Huacachina

Depart from Paracas to Huacachina at 1:30 pm, arriving around 2:45 pm. You will have free time until 4:00 pm when the buggy and sandboarding tour starts. Dune Buggy up and Sandboard down the biggest sand dunes at the only desert oasis in South America. The bus departs from Huacachina at 7:00 pm sharp, arriving in Lima around 11:45 pm.
Miraflores
