The Mardi Himal Yoga Trek is a serene and invigorating journey that starts from Pokhara, Nepal. This relatively short trek blends the beauty of trekking with the tranquility of yoga amidst the breathtaking Himalayan landscape. Along the way, trekkers can immerse themselves in the serene natural surroundings while practising yoga, creating a harmonious experience for both body and mind. Itinerary
Day 1 : Arrive in Pokhara.
It is the first day of the trip when we all meet in Pokhara. After your arrival in Pokhara, we will transfer you to the trip hotel. There will be a trip briefing and preparation meeting and also will have your questions (if any) answered. You can take some relaxing walk around the Lakeside and the town in Pokhara.
Day 2: Pokhara to Deurali (2100m)
Drive from Pokhara to Kande (approx. 1 hour)
Trek to Deurali through beautiful forests and rhododendron trails
Yoga session in the evening at Deurali
Day 3: Deurali to Forest Camp (2600m)
Trek through lush forests with occasional glimpses of the Annapurna and Machapuchare mountains
Yoga and meditation session in the serene forest camp setting
Day 4: Forest Camp to High Camp (3600m)
The trail continues through forests and opens up to alpine meadows
As you ascend, the views of Mardi Himal and Machapuchare become more prominent

Day 5: Acclimatisation Day at High Camp
Rest day for acclimatisation to the higher altitude
Yoga and meditation to help with acclimatisation and relaxation
Day 6: High Camp to Base Camp (4500m) and Back to High Camp
Trek to Mardi Himal Base Camp for spectacular panoramic mountain views
Return to High Camp for the night
Evening yoga session to unwind and prepare for the next day
Day 7: High Camp to Siding Village (1280m)
Descend through the forested path to Siding Village
Interact with the local communities and experience their culture
Yoga session in the tranquil village setting
Day 9: Siding Village to Lumre and Drive to Pokhara
Trek down to Lumre and catch a vehicle to Pokhara
Arrive in Pokhara by afternoon
Rest and relaxation, or explore Pokhara
Farewell yoga session to conclude the trek
