Know before you book

  • You must be 16 or older.
  • If you are pregnant, you should avoid treatments using deep pressure and treatments involving heat.
  • Mohalu Spa is open daily from 9 AM to 4 PM. You will receive confirmation of your exact treatment time when you call to confirm your reservation.
  • For your convienience a 20 percent service charge will be added upon check in at Spa Grande. This service charge is distributed as service charge for your spa therapist and team members who engage in support services.
  • This charge can be adjusted or removed at check-in or check-out based on your satisfaction. This charge is not inlcuded in your pre-paid voucher.
  • In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.

Named the “Best Resort Spa in Hawaii” by World Spa Awards and one of the top 10 spas in the United States by Travel + Leisure and Condé Nast Traveller, Spa Grande is a celebrated leader in relaxation, rejuvenation, and wellness.

Mohalu by Spa Grande is a personal escape inspired by heritage and traditions in a more intimate and private environment as our spa undergoes beautification. Each treatment hale features a garden view and natural lighting. During this time, dressing rooms and hydrothermal areas remain closed.

Arrival & Location: Please note we are in a new location on the 4th floor of Grand Wailea next to the Quiksilver store. Please follow the directional signage to our spa check-in.

For massage services in the Healing Garden, we kindly ask that you arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to your scheduled treatment start time.

For facial and nail services, we kindly ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.

If you are not staying at the resort, please use valet parking at the main entrance of Grand Wailea Resort. Valet parking is complimentary with your spa visit.

Late Arrival & Cancellation:As a courtesy to our guests and therapists, we require 4 hours notice if you must change or cancel your spa reservation. Cancellations made less than four hours in advance will be charged 100 percent of the service total.

Payment: For your convenience, a 20 percent service charge will be added to the cost of your services. A total of 18 percent of this service charge is distributed to your service provider, and the remaining 2 percent is distributed amongst the support staff. This charge is not inlcuded in your pre-paid voucher.Please feel free to make an adjustment based on the service you experienced. A copy of your receipt is available upon request.

Age: Guests under the age of 16 may receive treatments if accompanied by a parent or guardian and with a signed waiver.
