During the course, you will wear a traditional ramen apron and headscarf, view a video overview of the process, season and flavour the chicken, and mix, knead, and shape the flour into fresh noodles. You will also choose a soup and sauce combination for your ramen, garnish it with toppings, eggs, and condiments to suit your taste, and select from four unique souvenir options as a memento of the experience.
