Know before you book
- Age Restrictions: Children under 3 years old can join for free, but must sit on a parent or guardian's lap. Children ages 4-12 require a child pass.
- Accessibility: Most attractions and buses are wheelchair accessible. Please inform us of any special needs at least 48 hours prior to your tour for proper accommodation.
- Operating Hours: Check specific attraction schedules before your visit as they may vary.
- Duration Flexibility: Passes are available for 1 to 7 days, allowing you to explore at your own pace.
- Weather Conditions: Some attractions may be affected by weather. Please dress appropriately and check forecasts for outdoor activities.
- Audio Guidance: Recorded narration on the hop-on hop-off buses is available in 11 languages. Earphones are provided.
- Pass Usage: The pass must be activated at the first attraction visited.
- Health Guidelines: Follow any current health and safety guidelines, including any mask requirements or social distancing measures in place at the time of your visit.
- Please download the TopView mobile app at topviewtix.com/new-york/apps. Use your Tour Operator Confirmation Number to download digital tickets onto the app. Digital tickets are required to board buses and access attractions and activities.
