- Valid Passport & Visa required incl. US citizens.
- Please confirm spelling of the name by the written confirmation when you make reservation. Reservation must be under the same name written on Passport. Due to TSA regulation, date of birth and gender are requirements for flight.
- The name cannot be changed. In order to make any changes, please reserve a new tour once your initial booking is cancelled. Inbound express will correct the spelling of the name as much as possible. However, it might cost the correction charge to the regular air fare used for the tour.
- Pick up time could be changed prior to departure. Our representative will contact the tour participant if any schedule changes occur.
- Under the Road Traffic Law, children under 8 years old or weighing less than 36 kg or less than 145 cm in height are required to use a booster seat. Please bring your own booster seat.
- Checked baggage for your flight is subject to fees.
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
