Popular Spots! Pumpkin Cave & Canoeing
Caving in the Pumpkin Hole, with its unusual pumpkin-shaped stalactites! The Pumpkin Cave, also known as a power spot, is a mysterious place called “Ryugujo” in Miyako Island. Climb up and down the limestone caves using your whole body. There is also a diving spot at the end, which is great fun! The Pumpkin Hole is accessible by canoe.
Wearing leggings is recommended.

During the tour, the guide will take your pictures with a special waterproof camera and give you the data for free.

Activity itinerary

For those who want to enjoy Miyako Island to the fullest! This is a very satisfying plan that allows you to enjoy four activities in one day: SUP or canoeing at the most beautiful beach in Miyako Island, snorkelling in the tropical ocean, and canoeing (sea kayaking) at the very popular Pumpkin Cave! The guide will take you to the most beautiful ocean of the day depending on the season and weather. Beginners are welcome! Even if you are a beginner or have trouble with swimming, our guides will support you! Please feel free to enjoy the tour. Japanese or English is the only language available. Cautions This tour will be held in the field on the day of the tour. The time for meeting and disbanding may vary depending on the season and field conditions on the day of the tour. The store will contact you the day before the tour to inform you of the meeting place and time. If you do not hear from the store by the evening of the day before, please contact お手数ですがinfo@miyako-pipi.comにメールをいただくか or call 0980-79-5990 (Miyakojima ADVENTURE PiPi). The tour will be held rain or shine. However, we may cancel the tour if we deem that the field is unsafe. Please note that we may ask you to meet us on site depending on the number of reservations. If you would like to be picked up and dropped off, please let us know after making a reservation. Please change into clothes that you do not mind getting wet before the tour. Please use the bathroom before coming to the tour. (There are no bathrooms near the site.) ・Please do not participate in the event if you have been drinking. Please do not come to the event under the influence of alcohol. Please contact us in advance if you will be late. Pregnant women are not permitted. The age range is from 7 to 59 years old. We do not accept guests weighing 100 kg or more. Please note that the time of the event may be changed when the tide is 90cm or higher. Depending on the field, an additional parking fee of ¥1,000 to ¥2,000 may be charged. The photos shown are from the past and only the entrance to the limestone caves is currently open to the public.
