FARM
The experience takes place at a farm specialising in the organic cultivation of saffron, certified according to current regulations. Discover how the idea of growing this precious product came about through the guidance of a local expert, who will introduce you to the history of the farm and the organic cultivation method used. Delve into each stage of production and conclude the tour with a tasting of delicious local products.
TASTING
The tasting includes aged pecorino cheese and saffron bread, local dry sausage, water, a glass of red or white wine from the Sella e Mosca Estates, and saffron liqueur.
