The farm was founded in 1857 and is a historical enterprise recognised by Unioncamere. The late 19th-century structure surrounded by green meadows and organic orchards has exposed stonework redeveloped according to landscape standards. Here tradition has been carried on for five generations cultivating and processing raw materials to bring them to the table for authentic sensory experiences.
