Meet the guide and her dog at Kolbotn train station. Take the train called L2 Ski. Check www.ruter.no for departure times. The train departs every fifteen minutes and takes 21 minutes from Oslo Central Station and 27 minutes from National Theatre Station.

The walk is undemanding and suitable for anyone capable of walking, without requiring any specialised equipment.

Winter Hiking:
The trip is also perfect in winter, when nature is transformed into a beautiful winter wonderland. Spikes are provided if needed, and something warm to sit on will be offered during the break. Hiking/winterboots and warm clothes to be comfortable.
