We will experiment together with the two recipes and finally taste the result of our work all accompanied by good wine!

Panzerotti and puccitedde are typical traditional fried foods seasoned in a variety of ways whose recipe has been handed down from generation to generation and characterise the culinary art of Puglia. Having originated as “poor dishes” they do not require a vast amount of ingredients, but above all the right process, so what better time to find out how best to prepare them!

You can choose the lunch shift from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm or the dinner shift from 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm.
