Activity itinerary

During your cooking experience you'll learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch (ravioli & fettuccine) and tiramisù. An experienced chef will teach you the best techniques and will guide you during the whole process. All the dishes that we prepare will have a vegetarian, vegan and gluten free option. We'll start from the tiramisù, completely from scratch, making the tiramisù cream and assembling your own one, which will need to set in the fridge for an hour. You'll learn, step by step, how to make pasta from scratch, how to shape the ravioli and how to cut the fettuccine, how to prepare the perfect sauce and how to cook your pasta properly. All of this, accompanied by a fabulous wine tasting, with both white and red top class Italian wines
