Welcome to our Pastry Shop! Learn how to cook the most famous portuguese pastry, the pastel de nata (custard tart). We teach all the process from the scratch, inclusive the dough, and handmade. We promise you will taste if not the best, the freshest one. It´s on your hands! :) First we cook and in the end we taste it with a porto wine or a ginja liquer, tchim, tchim! The Workshop takes place in Casa dos Ovos Moles, we are specialised in conventual pastry, the anciest portuguese pastry created inside the convents in the 16th century, populary known as "ovos moles" and famous by its recipes - pastel de nata, pão de ló ovar, ovos moles de aveiro, pudim abade de priscos,...dozens of divine delights.
