Overview

Croatia’s second longest peninsula Peljesac is famous for its red wine based on Plavac Mali wine sort (cousin of Zinfandel), delicious oysters and mussels growing in the brackish waters of Mali Ston Bay, Ston city walls, and its salt pans. It is less than an hour's drive from the city of Dubrovnik.

We have been doing this tour for years and our guests absolutely adore our fisherman friend Mario, and unique experience of being alone in the bay at our fisherman's oyster beds and tasting best oysters in Mali Ston right from the sea.

You'll enjoy:

  • Walking tour of Ston – Gothic medieval town, surrounded by 6 kilometres of city walls and its famous 14. salt pans.
  • Private boat ride with local fisherman to his oyster beds and oysters (5 per pax) and wine tasting on site
  • wine-tasting in a local boutique winery – great wine and organic olive oil tasting
Tour with an experienced local English-speaking driver/guide.
Chance for lunch or dinner in some of well well-known Ston restaurants.
