Each pairing will be accompanied by a carefully selected regional wine. Enjoy a still red wine, a sparkling wine, and a white wine, with no limits on the quantity you can taste. What You’ll Learn: Gain in-depth knowledge of truffle history and characteristics. Master the art of identifying and pairing quality truffles.
