What you can expect

The Douro Experience Tour will show you in different perspectives of the historic paths used to carry the Port wine barrels from the Douro Valley to Porto and Vila Nova de Gaia wine cellars.
Your first highlight will be on board a shared boat, while gliding in the Douro river and tasting a Port/Sparkling wine you will enjoy incredible views.
The experience continues with lunch served in a regional restaurant among the people who live and work in the Douro vineyards.
After lunch, a scenic train ride takes you through a small piece of the heart of the valley while the rhythmic clickety-clack of the train adds a nostalgic touch to the experience.
