Overview

Embark on a delicious and insightful journey through Guadalajara’s history and culinary heritage. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from the University of Guadalajara, I'll bring a deep understanding of the city’s cultural landscape.

The tour begins in the city centre, showcasing its architectural gems and historical landmarks. As we walk through 4 areas (2.2 miles), we'll stop at hidden eateries to savour local delicacies. The tour concludes in Colonia Americana, where you can soak in the modern-day vibes.

Indulge in a curated selection of local favourites such as barbacoa, birria, pozole, tortas ahogadas, and fish or pastor tacos. Wash it all down with samples of tequila, beer and tejuino.

In this private tour only you and your companions will participate, allowing you to explore at your own pace. All entrance fees and food samples are included.
