Head to the pier and step aboard a comfortable, ocean-going ferry for your ride out through the Swan River and across a channel of the Indian Ocean to Rottnest Island. During a thrilling 90 minutes, circumnavigate the whole of Rottnest Island. You can admire its secluded beaches and rocky coves, watch for pods of whales in the distance, and ride past the historic lighthouse on the West End.

As you cruise, look down—the warm currents here create an ideal haven for coral gardens, and the turquoise waters are teeming with colourful tropical fish. When your boat pulls back in to shore, disembark and enjoy free time to lounge on the white sand beaches, snorkel and swim, or trek along coastal trails before your return ferry to Perth.
