Meet your guide at Basecame Golling, and collect the gear you need. Head in your car the 20 minutes to the tour starting point and get ready to begin your adventure.

Get a full safety briefing from your guide and then start the fun. Choose from jumping heights of 1.5 to 8 metres and zoom down natural slides, or just swim to your heart's content.

Abseil down to the water aided by your guide if you'd prefer not to jump — you'll still have a great time.
