It is a cool hotel right on Lombard. It’s close to several restaurants and tourist attractions.

The options are not elderly friendly. Basically, you have to walk miles and miles at each attraction. The exception being the Blue & Gold boat tour. Unfortunately, even the boat tour was a literal washout, as we got soaked by a wave half way through the expedition. So if you're elderly or just can't walk that well or much, then avoid this product. They really need to add more options for people that aren't very mobile, such as admission to the ferris wheel or a Muni day pass or admission to a comedy or magic show, etc...

Good pass that is limited to a few attractions. I have used it in the past and we got these a second time. However there is a big change. CityPASS used to include Muni Pass that allowed access to public transport buses and one ride in the Cable Car. That is NOT TRUE any more. As a result it’s not great value if you plan to see only 2 of the attractions or the lowest value attractions that do not add up.
