Know before you book

  • Children 5 and younger are not allowed. Not recommended for children 10 and younger.
  • Children 13 and younger must be accompanied by a paying adult.
  • Check-in is 20 minutes prior to the booked tour start time.
  • On March 14th through 16th 2025, the Ghosts & Gravestones Tour will be departing from 250 MLK Blvd. Ghosts and Gravestones will stop at the Andrew Low House and Colonial Park Cemetery.

What you can expect

See why Savannah is known as one of America's most haunted cities as a tour guide takes you into 2 of its most haunted sites. Hear historical facts peppered with entertaining ghost stories as you ride the haunted trolley.

Your first stop is at the the house of Andrew Low where Juliette Gordon Low, the founder of the Girl Scouts of America, lived. The Lows were a prominent Savannah family who took a peculiar interest in the paranormal. Legend has it that the presence of both Juliette and her grandmother, Sarah Gordon, can be felt inside the house.

Your next stop is River Street's Perkins and Sons Ship Chandlery, known as the paranormal epicentre of Savannah. Step inside this old building that once was a bustling port business. As you enter the building in darkness, you are transported to another time. You may even feel the presence of spirits while you listen to the haunted stories of River Street.

The stories were not great- the groups were so large that not all of us could fit into the rooms in the Low house so we couldn’t hear anything as we were out in the hall. Not scary at all and none of the stories were about haunting or ghosts.

It was ok. The walk thru the house was neat. However, when asked if I could use the restroom i was met with a very rude reply. After that I realized that this was not a good tour and wish I wpuld of booked with another group

Helena was our tour guide and she was awesome. She was so in character, it made the whole tour more enjoyable. We didn't have any kids on the tour so there were no big scare factors. The history lessons you learn on the trip are very interesting. I would recommend.

We picked this tour because it was advertised as no children under 5 allowed and kids under 10 highly discouraged, however, when we arrived there was a family with 6 kids all u see 10. The tour guide said they can’t enforce people not abiding by the rules of the ticket sales and we had to deal with annoying kids on the tour. The house was informative but overall wasn’t worth the money.

Let me say that the guides tried their best, she was pleasant and kwoledgeled in the local history. The problem was that the tour itself was rushed and not very interesting, There was no gravestones, we only looked at 2 of the houses. At these houses we only got about 10 minutes to look around. It was rushed and not very interesting.

I expected a little more than ghost stories, but it was an entertaining tour, which also had interesting information about the history of Savannah along the way. I won't give any names, but our tour guides got a little annoying.

I felt the whole tour was cheesy and fake. It was a tour for kids not adults. I think I would have prefer a more serious true walking tour for adult only. I gave two stars because the tour guide tried her best with what she had and the actors, especially the harbor witch; were pretty good in their roles. The rest was lame.
