-Understand the history and the local culture through his flavours, his wonderful meat and outstanding wine.
-You will make and taste your own Chimichurri :)
-The meat goes to the stomach but the dessert to your hearth, so there is a home made dessert made by my mother.
You will enter a local home and its beautiful Patio where the grill will already showing off a beautiful fire, cornerstone of every amazing BBQ.
After tasting a typical entry for an Asado, paired with a delicious local White Wine, we will understand the influence of the inmigration in the way we prepare the Argentinian Meat for the grill. Those who like to cook, will wash their hands and join Sacha, the Grillmaster; to do what they have just learned.
Once the meat is already prepared and placed in the grill, we will prepare a vegetarian option (everyone is welcome to an Argentinian Asado) and we will explore the misterious ways of the Chimichurri, the most traditional sauce for an Argentinian Asado.
Once our elixir is ready, you will eat a Choripan (best sandwich in the world if you ask an Argentinian) and drink Premium Red Wine.
You will continue enjoying a magical evening trying each of the most traditional cuts of Argentinian Meat, while Sacha, the grillmaster tells you more about the Argentinian storey and its impact into the quality of the meat and the ways of preparation of the Asado.
After the banquet, there is more: a little desert made by a loving mother with Dulce de Leche (best sweet in the world if you ask another Argentinian) which you can pair with coffee, tea or more wine.
After this, you will receive a gift so you have a souvenir of this beautiful experience, and you will be ready to reproduce the Argentinian Asado wherever you are in the world :)
