What you can expect

Hello. I am Da-ye, owner of Nosh (a British brunch cafe in Seoul) and Ricely Cooking Studio where I run cooking classes and create content about food. I majored in hotel culinary arts in South Korea before moving to the UK in my 20s to explore different cuisines around Europe and to provide menu consulting services to restaurant owners who were interested in Korean food and vegan or vegetarian recipes.

For the past 12 years, I have been teaching Korean cuisine to people of various ages and nationalities, from children to adults. Having built an understanding of various dietary habits, cultures, and religions in multicultural London, I continue to teach Korean cuisine to people from different countries.
