Know before you book
- All flights are subject to real time availability of the tour operator. If unavailable, an alternative time or full refund will be provided.
- Minimum 2-4 passengers required per flight (depending on aircraft type available).
- This is not a private tour. More than 3 passengers are not guaranteed to fly together.
- Maximum weight 250 lbs (113 kg) per person, also subject to combined weight limits per flight.
- Flights are available daily between 10 AM - 8:30 PM, weather and maintenance permitting.
- Tour departs from and returns to Westchester County Airport, easily accessible by train or car from Manhattan.
- Hotel pickup (if option booked) is 90 minutes before helicopter flight.
- Check-in is 30 minutes prior to the booked tour start time.
- Children younger than 2 fly for free on parent's lap.
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
