We will pick you up at yor hotel or meeting point, and you’re transported to the sweat lodge where your temazcal ritual takes place. Listen to an introductory talk with your guide, who answers any questions you may have while sitting around a relaxing fire. Then it’s time to meet a shaman who informs you of the traditions behind this cleansing ceremony you're about to take part in.

The aroma of herbs and copal allow you to feel at ease, purifying the body, removing bad energies, and refining good intentions. Using aromatic herbs, mud, honey, aloe vera, and refreshing teas, the shaman guides you through 4 intervals of increasing and decreasing heat, allowing you to enjoy the curative powers as songs are played by live musical instruments.
