Know before you book
- All attractions and durations are estimated, and the tour guide reserves the right to make final adjustments based on factors such as guests' stamina, weather conditions, park restrictions, etc.
- Scenic stops could be changed or replaced due to weather restrictions, park regulations and the size of the vehicle of the tour day.
- Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
- Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel.
- During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
- If attractions are closed or altered due to holidays or other reasons, we will adjust the itinerary and/or replace it with an equivalent attraction to maintain the tour’s quality. Changes due to COVID-19 restrictions are considered force majeure.
- For state law, Children under the age of 6 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel.
- Good health is required to enjoy the tour. Contact us for policies on passengers with disabilities. We do not guarantee accessible buses or seating without prior notification.
- Check-In Documents: Bring a valid photo ID to board the bus. It's also a good idea to have a copy of your email confirmation.
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
